Who we are
maxdecalglobal.com is the official website of Maxdecal Global Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of self-adhesive vinyl films based in Taiwan. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this site.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form:
- Name and email address (required to reply to you)
- Company, phone / WhatsApp number and your message (optional)
- The products you added to the enquiry basket, if any
Browsing the site does not require an account and does not send us any personal data.
How we use it
Enquiry data goes directly into our own customer-relationship system so that our sales team can reply with pricing, lead times and follow-up on the business relationship. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a few preferences locally on your device only — language choice and the contents of your enquiry basket. These never leave your device unless you submit the enquiry form.
Staff sign-in with Google
Our internal business system (CRM) at s2.maxdecalglobal.com offers "Sign in with Google" to Maxdecal and Graphictac staff only. When an authorised staff member signs in this way, Google shares their basic profile with us: the account's email address, display name and a stable account identifier. We use it solely to recognise the staff account that our administrator has pre-authorised; we do not read Gmail, contacts, calendar or any other Google data, and we do not share this information with anyone. A Google account that has not been pre-authorised by our administrator cannot sign in. Staff can ask the administrator to remove the link at any time.
Customer sign-in
Business customers whose account has been enabled by their Maxdecal sales contact can sign in on this website to see their own prices and export quotation PDFs. Sign-in works in two ways only: "Sign in with Google" (Google shares the account's email address, display name and a stable account identifier, which we use solely to match the email our sales team pre-authorised — we do not read Gmail, contacts, calendar or any other Google data), or a one-time code we email to the pre-authorised address. There is no password. Each sign-in is recorded with time, method, IP address and an approximate location derived from the IP, so that we can alert the responsible sales contact about a sign-in from a new device or country. Prices shown after sign-in are specific to your company and are not shared with anyone else. You can ask your sales contact to disable access at any time.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are relevant to an actual or potential business relationship. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you submitted — send the request through the enquiry form and we will confirm by email.
