About this series

The 7500 Series is our standard color cutting vinyl in the compact 0.45 m (18 in) × 15 m roll — the format that fits desktop and entry-level cutting plotters, craft cutters and small sign shops without committing to a wide roll.

The film itself is a straightforward recipe that works: 80 µm color vinyl with a permanent clear acrylic adhesive on an 80 gsm photo-paper liner with a single PE coating. What makes the series useful is the palette — 109 SKUs organised into eight families: 38 gloss and 40 matt colors as the core, plus Combat military tones, soft pastel sets in gloss and matt, four fluorescents and a metallic-effect family with glitter and hologram finishes.

It is the line we point to for advertising lettering, logos, decoration, fine-arts and craft work — jobs that need a wide, dependable color choice in a roll size that small workshops actually consume.

  • Simple, dependable construction: 80 µm color vinyl, permanent clear acrylic adhesive, 80 gsm photo-paper liner with a single PE coating.
  • Rated per family for both indoor and outdoor service — core gloss and matt colors carry up to 6 years vertical indoor and 3 years vertical outdoor.

Common questions

How is 7500 different from the 7900 cutting vinyl?

Format and positioning. 7500 is the standard line in a compact 0.45 m × 15 m roll for desktop plotters and small shops; 7900 is the commercial flagship on a 1,350 mm wide roll for professional sign production. The color families rhyme, so moving a customer up the range is easy.

Is it suitable for outdoor signage?

Yes, within the published outdoor ratings — up to 3 years vertical / 1 year horizontal for the core gloss and matt colors, 2 years vertical for the combat and metallic families, and 6 months for fluorescents. For long-life outdoor work we still point customers to the wide-format cutting lines.

What are the Combat colors?

Military and utility tones — ocean grey, field drab and similar — in both gloss and matt, four SKUs each. They serve defense, airsoft, off-road and utility-equipment jobs.

What is in the metallic-effect family?

Five SKUs: glitter finishes and hologram effects. They cut and weed like the rest of the series and carry a 4-year vertical indoor / 2-year vertical outdoor rating.
