About this series
The 9600 Printable Series is the digitally printable part of the 9600 Evolution wrap range: five print films and six clear overlaminates made to be used together, for printed full wraps and commercial fleet graphics. Every SKU ships on a 1.55 m (61 in) × 22.86 m (25 yd) roll.
The print films cover one cast base — 50 µm gloss white (CSG010) — and four polymeric bases from 65 to 120 µm: gloss white, candy gloss, white pearlescent and super chrome. All five sit on an anti-static 120 µm PET liner with micro air-egress channels, so the film attracts less dust at the printer and trapped air escapes during installation.
The overlaminates finish the print: a 50 µm cast clear gloss, 65 µm polymeric clear gloss and clear satin, and three Delution colour-shift gloss laminates in blue, purple and gold. Every glossy laminate carries an approx. 25 µm protective cap sheet that stays on until the panel is installed and post-heated. Cast pairs with cast, polymeric with polymeric.

Technical notes
- Roll format: 1.55 m (61 in) × 22.86 m (25 yd / 75 ft) on all 11 SKUs; MOQ 1 roll.
- Film thickness: print films 50 µm (cast CSG010), 65 µm (PG010, PGC100), 90 µm (PSC100) and 120 µm (PPC120); overlaminates 50 µm (cast CSG000) and 65 µm (polymeric).
- Printing: eco-solvent, solvent, latex and UV systems; laminate after the ink has fully outgassed, then install like any 9600 wrap.
- Adhesive: clear, pressure-sensitive — permanent repositionable on the cast print film CSG010; removable on the polymeric print films (35 µm) and on the overlaminates (25 µm).
- Protective cap sheet (glossy overlaminates CSG000, G600, GDB604, GDP605, GDG602): a transparent top film, approx. 25 µm, that stretches in sync with the laminate over deep curves and absorbs squeegee friction — remove it only after installation and post-heating are complete. 9600P-S600 Satin has no cap sheet.
- Anti-static PET liner on the print films (120 µm): less dust attraction and less static interference with the inkjet, and the micro air-egress channels let trapped air out during full wraps.
- Laminate pairing: cast print film (CSG010) with the cast overlaminate (CSG000); polymeric print films with the polymeric overlaminates (G600, S600, Delution GDB604 / GDP605 / GDG602). Do not mix cast and polymeric layers in one stack.

How does the 9600 Printable Series relate to the 9600 colour wrap films?
Same Evolution wrap family, different job. The 9600 Series is the colour-change range — 132 SKUs installed as they are, without printing. The 9600 Printable Series is the 11-SKU print system: white and special-effect films that take ink, plus the overlaminates that finish them. The roll is different too: 1.55 m × 22.86 m instead of 1.52 m × 18 m. The 11 SKUs are also listed on the 9600 series page.
Which overlaminate goes with which print film?
Match the construction: the cast print film CSG010 takes the cast overlaminate CSG000; the polymeric print films (PG010, PGC100, PPC120, PSC100) take the polymeric overlaminates — G600 clear gloss, S600 clear satin, or GDB604 / GDP605 / GDG602 Delution colour-shift gloss. Cast and polymeric layers are not mixed in one stack.
What is the cap sheet on the overlaminates, and when do I remove it?
Every glossy overlaminate (CSG000, G600 and the three Delution colour-shift laminates) comes with a transparent protective cap sheet of approx. 25 µm. It stretches in sync with the laminate over deep curves and absorbs squeegee friction so the gloss underneath is not scratched during installation. Peel it off only after the panel is fully installed and post-heated. 9600P-S600 Satin is a non-gloss finish and ships without a cap sheet.
