About this series

The Detailing series covers what happens around the film: the squeegees that lay PPF and vinyl down, the clay that cleans the paint before anything is applied, and the ceramic coating and maintenance spray that protect the finished job.

Squeegees come in three colour-coded families. The green PRD double-side squeegees (12 cm, 10 cm and a 9.5 cm door-handle tip) are the everyday PPF blades; the pink PRS squeegees (10 / 7.5 / 6.5 cm) are the softer PPF blades for delicate work; the red PRS50 is a small 5 cm bevelled squeegee for tight recesses. Both main families are also sold as three-piece sets.

The VPF ceramic coating set (VCC-100) is a two-part 9H+ coating for PPF and vinyl, and the VCM-270 maintenance spray keeps the coated surface topped up. CLAY-38078 is a 100 g detailing clay for decontaminating paint before PPF or wrap.

Technical notes

Common questions

What is the difference between the green PRD and pink PRS squeegees?

PRD are the double-side green squeegees for everyday PPF work; PRS are the softer pink blades for delicate panels. Both are offered as individual sizes and as three-piece sets (PRD275 / PRS375).

Which squeegee for door handles and recesses?

PRD295 has a 45° tip made for door handles; PRS50 is a small 6 × 4 cm bevelled squeegee for tight recesses and edges.

What is VPF ceramic coating?
