The Tools series keeps cutting plotters cutting: aluminum blade holders and cemented carbide replacement blades matched to the four machine platforms our customers run — Graphtec, Mimaki, Roland and Summa.

Holders come in brand-specific fittings so they drop into the machine's carriage without adapters. Blades are cemented carbide — the hard, wear-resistant grade that keeps a fine cutting point through long vinyl runs — in a range of models covering everyday lettering through to fine detail and thicker specialty films.

Stocking these alongside the vinyl itself means a shop's downtime problem — a dulled blade mid-job — is solved from the same order.

Which platforms are covered?

How do I know when to change the blade?

Ragged letter edges, corners that do not quite close, and weeding that starts tearing are the classic signs. On production machines a scheduled swap beats waiting for a failure mid-run.

Why cemented carbide?

It is the hard, wear-resistant grade: the point stays sharp through long vinyl runs instead of rounding off, which is what keeps fine lettering clean deep into a roll.
